Basic information

In our laboratories, we use representative human cells from different tissues to monitor the interactions of cells with nanomaterials of various nature. We test 3D nanofibrous carriers suitable for cultivation of cells. We determine the biocompatibility and cytotoxicity of prepared samples for biomedical applications and investigate the interactions of human cell lines with bacterial cells during their co-cultivation with the prepared materials. We study the application of nucleic acid nanocarriers for glioblastoma gene therapy. We detect surface and intracellular features of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells using flow cytometry.
