The Faculty of Health Studies is organizationally divided into two institutes and two departments (which belong to the Dean's Office of FHS TUL):

• Institute of Nursing and Emergency Care (UON)
• Institute of Clinical Disciplines and Biomedicine (UKB)
• Department of Science and Research
• Department of Prevention and Education

The management of the faculty is located in building F3.
